Scrambled eggs are the bomb,

Load of butter in a pan, Eggs in, bit of milk, bit of salt, medium heat, dont stop whisking it ! BOMB !

Eggs in a jug, stir, microwave for 40 seconds, stir, microwave for 30 seconds, stir, microwave for 20 seconds, stir. Done

I just did the following:

4 eggs in a bowl
Dash of milk
Microwave for 2 mins
Stir a bit more to get any remaining liquid up
Microwave for 30secs
Done

I break 6 eggs into a jug, stir it all up, tip in a frying pan end keep turning it and chopping it into little bits, the result is basicaly a broken omlette

Thatst he reason i decided to use the microwave Matt, surely im just making a broken ommlette if is use a pan.

very last thing I do is add salt

4 eggs
touch of butter
pepper
whisk

touch of butter in the pan on the slow hob of the aga, pour mix into it, keep moving the eggs aroudn on the low heat until you get it to the consistancy you like, add salt.

Serve on 2 pieces of brown toasted bread, brown sauce ftw.

Its easy tom. The internet is god in these situations, i just typed "how to make scrambled eggs in a microwave" into google and there was tons of guides

Even a video that lasted 5 mins as the tools who made it filmed the entire 3 mins the eggs were in the microwave

Less washing up
TBH I do it as that's the only way I know. Eggs is one of the few things I have no clue on as I don't really eat them. Only started eating scrambled last year and that's the only type I will eat
