TBH we have underachieved by our standards. Still had a better season than every other club in England apart from Chelsea though (assuming they win the League and FA Cup)

yes, but unfortunately you can only be the best team in the league your in. they were stuck in that league so made the best of it.
could've done a leeds, charlton, derby etc etc but they didn't.
