i did look at the vectras before hand, well specced etc. I think they are really nice cars and the fact you look like undercover police all the time is a winner, my mate has a vectra GSI and on the motorway when you come flying up behind people EVERYONE pulls over, its brilliant.

What engine, turbo, ancillaries are in the 03/04 2.0 T Vectras? same as the Astra GSi?

no its a z20 net iir, only map to about 200bhp

no its a z20 net iir, only map to about 200bhp

only had a k&n on mine and got 192bhp

they are only 170 standard? bsn map is circa 200 bhp quoted is it not? a mapped gsi is 230 +

would a remap really see 22bhp plus on a N/A V6?

theres a few been done on vectra c, 230bhp is most likely in conjunction with other mods

there 175 standard, the 3.2 can suffer from bore wash with being remapped

i couldnt comment or speculate on the gsi map, tbh ive been looking into turbo charging or a vxr engine swap next year. i dont think its worth mapping an n/a

in all fairness 17bhp from just a filter most likely will mean the rollers are way overreading, the 1 at the rr i went on was 197 bhp or something after a bsr map, he was very disapointed mind

was talking to lads at work(vauxhalls factory, ellesmere port) who use to do the dvt on the 2.0t's and they said pretty much all of them were running slightly more than 175bhp, the main reason i was drawn to it was torque and power delivery, also with it being a saab/gm developed engine its pretty bomb proof
