heres how the car stands atm  hasnt had a clean since before xmas alloys have been sprayed but dont like them black so there going white 
heres the manifold that i got from Drift_Erm here it is half way through grinding all the shit off it
engine should be going in over the weekend if all goes to plan and weathers not to bad

im wanting to paint the top of the cam cover its red atm and scratched/bubbling off what do use paint it with normal paint or does it have to be high temp paint

well bought a radiator off ebay got it on tuesday and it was for a 1.0 12v  so that has gone back ...
went to see a mate yesterday and he is going to help me over the weekend get this lump in cant wait
anyone know of any decant breakers yards in the North East need a few bits and bobs
also lost the arden blue cover off my wing mirror turned around to pick it up and some cunt drove over it as i was about to get it

you can use normal paint mate. its probably bubbling and flaking due to shit prep work

Well today was my insurance renewal £1197 I'm happy with that  over a grand cheaper than last year 
Also started stripping the interior ready for the new sport loom dreading doing it but need to get on with it .. I've been putting it off for too long now.

bought theese a while ago plan was to fit a calibra rear bench and theese reclining bucket seats in the front
anyone think it would look decant or do you think it would look shit ?
pic is from google my bucket seats look a lot darker than the ones above seem pretty compfy too compaired to the standard corsa seats

won my self some morettes off ebay nice and cheap passenger side mask is cracked but its a clean brake so shouldnt be to hard to sort will get some pics up
painted the 1.6 calipers ready to go on
and im leaving the car with a friend on monday to get started on the conversion bout bloody time too
once the engines in i have lots of goodies to fit Gsi Kit,Morettes and some other bits and bobs

Dropped the car off today at Mally's going to go down every day this week gets some bits done on it.. still got a few parts to order but she should be a x16xe this time next week
just bought some reddot groved disks for the calipers i have here also give them a lick of paint in hammerite smooth blue look cushty

oryt lad u had any issues way the wiring or owt way the conversion cos am nearly finished mine and avin a couple of issues atm

Nope should be all plug and play mate as I'm using the full wiring harness from the sport.. not starting till in the morning stripped the interior out today that's about it really..let you know how we get on tmorrow

Engines in need to find a radiator and get an oil filter .sort a bit of wiring out and she should fire up ..

got a radiator today for 25
most of the wiring is done now just need to tidy it up,fit dash & steering wheel and go swap the oil filter over shop gave me the rong one
also need a spacer for the straight through to mani
red dot disks arrived today from ash-si Spot on fella cheers
then top her up with oil & petrol & water and fire her up

car should be back on the road again tomorrow
its turning over with a spark just no fuel getting to it so will be having a look at that tomorrow hopefully just a fuse or relay

car is sorted now just waiting for the alternator Pas belt to arrive tomorrow ..
started prepping the gsi skirts ready for primer
dont know what to do with the gsi bumper i have as the bottom grill has been cut out so was thinking of buying a better one and flogging this one on
also the badge recess has been smoothed off
