You guys have no idea how scared I was in that MX5 with my mate.. Before combe it had been stood for about a year.. I was waiting for one of the tyres to fail catastrophicaly and throw us into a wall lol

What sort of lap times were people getting then? just timed one off of my camera, not sure if its any good

around 1:30 with a free run would hope for mid-late 1:20's

Ian's best recorded was 1.28.0

I think later he said he was going better but it didn't record.

My best was 1.31.4, again not every lap logged.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

1.38ish on my second lap isnt too bad then i guess, ill time 3rd and 4th to see if i got better

only going by windows media player but I think my best was 1.32

If I could work out how to do quarry properly and sorted out a few other bits I recon I could knock about 4 secs off that

Im mega slow in quarry as well, need to work on that!

Looked like I managed a 1:24-1:25 on a couple of laps in my vids, but I never had a completely clear lap in the 2nd session (when my car was handling better). There was always someone ready to slow me down.

Not too bad considering I don't have semi slicks.

I think you got better after that too, I seemed to get so far behind you then it seemed fairly even every lap and I got timed at 1.36.5 for 2 of those laps
