It's silly when you get to thinking about how much they are worth. Then all the gear you've bought to go with them Thousands and thousands

I got Claud butler San remo on the scheme. Went to a participating shop, got a written quote and requested the amount online. They then put the request in to work who authorised it, cycle scheme sent me a voucher and I went and picked up the bike.
Cost me 450 and I'm £20 down a month

The sort that dosent want to get his car stuck/have some tool crash into thier car.
Can't get stuck on a bike.
Can die and be hit very easy though. Had loads of people coming in with bikes mangled after spending weeks in hospitals. One guy was in a comma for 2 months then came into bike shop wanting his right-off bike fixing.

Spend £50 more and get a specialized allez 16. Awesome bikes with fantastic warranty! Just don't neglect servicing it and regularly cleaning/drying and re-lubing. Ask the bike store if they'll do some discount, most places should do 10% off the bike. Giving you that £500 approx.

Another question:
Triathlon bikes look the bollocks. What's the difference between them and a road bike bar the obvious appearance difference?

Also, any equipment you buy with the bike can be included in the scheme so stock up on lights, mud guards GOOD lock etc

What can I do to modify it? What would you upgrade
I want different pedals, the ones on it look cheap. I also want some nicer looking handle bars.
