i ran a ctr on minimum wage and thats whilst paying board, insurance, loan ect... i even modded it and had work done. believe me its very posible. i could go get a 8k loan, buy a corsa let (couldve got suttons for 7k) and a vec gsi (1000) and still have plenty of cash. all boils down to what you waste your money on

Buying it already done and doing all the work yourself is totally different.

CTR is a bit different to a Corsa Turbo of his spec.

not really, he doesnt run it daily and my civic cost more to run than my vec gsi did.

the corsa he uses as a toy - ten k would build one

split that over 5 years is 2k a year

not even 200 a month

no i said my civic cost more to run than my gsi did. hence i ran something more costly than a vec gsi on minimum wage. my insurance is also a lot more than his is.

as for the corsa its just a gsi with a let and a huge turbo, big brakes and coilies. its not imposible to do on a budget if you get second hand parts. how much did ronny pay for suttons let?

Yes you ran and modified 1 car,he does 2 cars.

if he lives at home and has no outgoings he could quite easily probably chuck a grand a month at his cars? thats more then enough to have a daily driver and a part time toy
