Joe, Been meaning to ask you

How many Sit ups/Press ups are you doing per set ? How many sets each time ?

Trying to build up what I do so its now 4 days a week in the gym weight training and 4 days of cardio but I don't think I do enough cardio as I could keep going but stip because I run out of time

At the moment Mike I'm just doing 2 minutes of each every other day, I'm hammering the cardio at the minute though
I thought I was at a pretty proficient level then I discovered I've always done press up wrong

First day of doing them properly was tuesday and did 38, starting with 16
I'm told it should get easier very quickly as they're muscles I've probably never used

Not bad at all, 38 in one go no breaks ? I've been building up in blocks of ten over the last few days so will hopefully get 40 straight tonight, but in the gym first so might not manage it. Can only see eh
