wasnt it supposed to go up 1p and they scrapped that, so it hasnt actually gone up or down, just stayed the same

Who knows, you'll never see a decrease anyway. Give it a few weeks and the price will have gone up even more.

TBH the budget was full of good news for people like us and your all still moaning? What did you think they were gunna do, scrap income tax and reduce fuel to 20p a litre?

Yeah I fail to see anything good in that budget TBH
