It's the K series engine in general. There was a thread on here a while back where someone posted ways you could prevent it but I forget who it was There was quite the discussion

Thats the problem with disposable income lol
Basically, everytime you feel hungry - drink water until you feel full.
PS Don't take diet advice from me.
Is it bad to hold a piss for al ong time; I do it al lthe time; I'll tell a colleague I need a piss and then finally go 3/4 hours later and walk funny - I'm sure that's unhealthy. I do piss liek a racehorse though
Me maw was reading one of those women's magazines a while back and said that people on this "drink water when you're hungry" diet were actually dying through malnutrition.
And yes it is bad to hold it in for a long time as it will cause you to be incontinent later in life.
better go then - tbh, I didn't realise it was a proper diet - I thought i made it up
2 weeks, 1stone challenge; Alternate nights of bike riding and running. I need to build stamina up though or I may die.
I'm not cutting down to eating twice a week, that's me exaggerating but I'm cutting out bread, tea, coffee, crisps and biscuits etc and cutting down on beer/wine for a little while. Basically just cutting out the crap.

No, the K series HG issue was never sorted fully. And don't believe anyone that says the 1.4s are fine, my mate popped two.

Cut all that except coffee, its good for you (well, possibly not in full fat latte format)

My old flatmate owned 3-4 of them over 12 months, none had any problems. Untill he stuck a 2.0 Turbo in there, but that's understandable
