Jed- indicators are on crossmember yeah cause of morettes I ran out of ideas? Got a new idea for them though!!?

Dan- my new engine and bay will be very clean and subtle you no me!
I won't have a wire or nothing out of place I've got OCD and am a right tart
With the engine am going for the standard very clean look/colours

*** Also bought ***

- new Corsa gsi radiator
- LMF qwick shift
- BTB 4 branch manifold
- full Powerflow exhaust
- new gaskets
- Ecotec conversion tophat + pipe

Much more to come!!

I heard you're down grading to a 1.0 cos you couldn't handle the 1.2 16v powah?

no mate, thought that was a good one, you plan keeping them there with having the gsi front one?
only other ways iv seen done is in the bumper, behind the upper grill and made into the mor£tt£s

mind the 'temp' rocker cover and side timing belt case, was just so my new ones didnt get scratched while the engine went in

big shout out to crana for all the help!
(hes a user on this site and its his old c20xe engine)

also bought some..

- new bottom balls joints
- anti freeze

also looking in to some gaz coilovers after the winter! am not letting all the grit eat them up.

Much more to come......

todays FEF xe corsa update 23-12-11

new rocker cover and timing belt casing as mieran said its a bmw silver colour ?
went for something a little different yet standard look on the colour along with an OPEL 'L' peace spark plug cover new rocker cover gasket and a genreal clean up painted block genreal tidy up day today simple easy day,



ohhhhh yes ..and my SBD manifold





and fitted + new exhaust manifold gasket fitted and new studs/bolts



shes getting there...

Looks great Kev!

Just a thought but you can easily run the throttle cable through between the inlet so it doesn't flap over the rocker, and it generally cleans it up

Darryl - yeah al have a try of hiding the cable ive got loads of clean ups plained i dont do messy wires got OCD
