The majority of BMW's suck donkey dick in the snow.
M3, is a great high revving car. They come loaded with toys, and have great performance. I'd buy another one

one thing i never get about people when they quote I KEPT WITH A M3 IN MY VXR OR LEON OR CORSA............ the fact of the matter is cars like a vxr will always be second best even if you spend 20k plus on a vxr it will still never capture the magic of an M powered m3 fact
all i can say is most people clearly have never been in one and are just commenting.... the type of person who fits bilsteins to his corsa and now thinks the improvment has made it m3 worthy pmsl
its like a evo get the right one and you will always be sitting on the tail of a m3 track or road but lets face it evo's looks are'nt great.... costs are probs equal interiors are gash engines not too sure about but id say the bmw will always have an easier life being bigger least id expect it too

I will admit the mk4 R32s aint quick at all. My old xe corsa used to pass them in a straight line easily enough. The mk5 is noticeably quicker tho.

personal opinion tbh. i personally think evo's and m3's are both lovely looking motors.
obviously the m3 has the aggressiveness but is also classy whereas the evo is a bit chavvy but also very aggressive looking.
wouldn't mind either myself tbh

yeah was'mt slating the evo just using to make a point exteriors are quite nice but interiors dont even compare......... always found impreza's and evo's etc have very cheap nasty interiors... looks like the new owner just bought some new buckets from demaon tweeks type feel.....
thats the difference you see with the m3 you get good blend of power/handling/toys/looks/class etc etc with no draw backs lke the evo having a gash interior/harsh ride etc

the difference is an evo or subaru is not designed for luxury and comfort and optional extras you cant compare the two in that department as they both are completely different

As Barnshaw said, they are in a different league of car The M3 will be in a different league in terms of comfort and quality, but it couldn't get near an Evo/Impreza on some proper B roads!

They won't rape one but they WILL out drag one on a long enough straight and that's a fact.
