Ahh thats awesome im only in Rainham! if you do want to get rid of your GSi seats ill have them if their not completly trashed? been meaning to throw these calibra leathers away for ages

Did you leave your frames in car bolted down then take seats off separate? I think that's where I've one wrong.
Gonna take seat back off frames the bolt them in and then offer seats up in car and see what needs doing.

Well My seats were too wide...
I took seat of frame, cut a strip of steel, then bolted the steal the frame and then the side mount to the steel. which gave me the right amount, seat just fits between the side mounts

Yea i know, they are pretty fility.
Im going to get the back of the seats carbon wrapped hopefully and then the sidemounts and subframes powder coated when i get the cage sorted.

Both seats are now fitted to subframes.
pure luck that they turned out almost level, hardly much in them at all.

Update...
First thing was to sort the sump leak, initial thought was i had cracked it again. but think this was the problem.
and its meant too look like...
And then came test fitting of the cage.. and making the mods needed...
then started the mods...
cut the sun roof and re fit.
and then cut the roof lining in two and re fitted..
And now gotta take it all back out to paint the cage .

Carpet will be getting cut, rear door cards and plastic's will also be getting cut to fit.
and then a boot build prob for rear
