Im using it on an iPhone. They do it on android as well. Give u the voice commands of when to run/walk etc

I am in same position as you I done fuck all excersize and now finding it hard. It's a very good program though.

If u have iPhone search for couch to 5k if not google it and u will find the workout for free in print format

best of luck mate, its gonna be hard in this heat, remember to take on water before hand(about a pints worth sipped) and take sips at all the water stations, dont gulp it down and use it to cool yourself if necessary. Which one ya doing?

Getting there now! Week 5 day 1, 5min warmup, then 5R, 3W, 5R, 3W, 5R and a 5min cool down.

Smashed it with no problems, felt like a walk in the park. This weeks gonna get hard fast tho.

Weds is 8R, 5W, 8R. Then Friday is 20R

(R = run, W = walk)

Looking forward to the challenge

Sorry they were running 10km in 24 mins?
Bullshit.

Infact, 10k in 24 mins = a 3.8 minute mile pace - do me a favour.

An excellent 10km time is about 34-36 mins.

ran a 5k in 21 mins tonight

My target for 5k is 18 mins, I'm using a lot of interval training to bring the speed up over the 5k runs.
