We could indeed Still not a lot on the arms, I start with a low weight then increase the reps with each set and increase the weight. Final set is on 5kg. Can do double that on the gym equipment so shows how much it helps you out Will be hitting the gym again tomorrow.

Are you talking about bicep curl ? Well yesterday I managed 3 curls with 34kg an arm but I normally curl 26~28 dependant on what else i'm doing and like 10 or 12 reps an arm, 4 sets

Managed to find a room upgrade to a sew view for only £45 as well

That is a good price though ! And if its not a room view you will either overlook the coral playa hotel's pool and entertainment area or over the service road and a few houses lol

Today has consisted of:
Emptying arcade machines.
Counting the money.
Getting called off counting to go and get some contracts signed.
Come back to finish counting money.
Money into bank.
Go off with more contracts to be signed.
Then more contracts to be signed in a different place.
Inbetween all this print lots of drawings off for a presentation tonight, which apparently I am now attending.
