will be easy to find her address and google earth screenshots of her house, i just haven't bothered yet.

i'm trusting her at the moment as she seems genuine, just a bit busy.

Its only my escort so not too fuming about it, just fed up having to think and deal with the bother.

Should be sorted now anyway, so will wait till until the cheque has cleared, if not, then i'll go mad and wheelspin on her drive

not really, given that if you report a claim through your insurance company that isnt your fault they infact pass you on to a accident management company who provides you with a hire car...... given that 90% of our referals come through big insurance companies rbs/esure/highway ect there the ones that keep companies like the one i work for in business...

because they can.

if you notify them of any accidents, they will deem you more at risk and so your premium will go up.

it's not bollocks, it's the truth. phone your insurance company and query it, see what they say.

See I was always led to believe this, however my brother banged his car on camp and his insurance paid out, he then paid them back and they gave him his ncb and did not show an accident on his renewal or any other part of the multicar policy he is insured on.

On topic I think your being had here but same time your right its not going to make you a millionaire so is it worth getting stressed over?

Accident management pff, ambulance chasers. Anyone who is employed in fixing cars and isn't either working at the insurer or the bodyshop is costing the industry money.

I had it years ago, take it off your hands, sort out everything, the only thing this management company sorted out was a big bill for their staff time. Everything else was in order. I took the car to the bodyshop myself and spoke to the guy, and I had spare cars to use instead of the hire but they wouldn't not provide one, so a Saab 9-5 sat on the path for a week and cost about £800 to someone. That's a year's premium for the next customer. They even wanted a Lexus bodyshop as that's what car it was, despite the fact that the local main agent farm out the bodyshop jobs to some family run gaff under a railway bridge. Great work but the dealer took a cut for printing the bill on their paper. That's before you've heated and lit the office that these hangers on work in. Bet they're not using Ikea desks either.

I'm over the hill and it still costs me a grand for two old cars, 1500 if I want a Corsa in addition to that. For what, people in suits to manage me. Con.

How hard can it be as well, they want to manage everything for you but all you're doing is taking the car to the bodyshop and picking up a hire car.

Odd phone call here and there, just go do it. Management hangers on employed to push paper and the insured public foot the bill. And the argument is always the same, doesn't cost you anything. Which is obviously bollocks.
