Both lovely cars you have come along way since mels 106 do you still have it ? Some of your cars have been awsome i worked at wallace a few years back rememeber them

They are both very nice cars.

However im going to be brave and say that i think the 1M front end is starting to look dated. Not sure if that's because all i have done over the last week is look at the new 1 & 3series or whether its just actually that im not a massive fan of it.

M1 Is such a nice car in the flesh, there was a red one in the BMW garage near me a few year ago. Looked fantastic

Reminds me of a mini shorty, where they have just taken couple of feet out the middle and welded it back up, but to changed any other proportions.

Sure it's great to drive tho. Just not convinced on the looks

I think they're both bloody lovely btw and would be chuffed with either.

I remember when the first ordinary 4 door hatch, 1 series came out and I saw a dark one on bigger wheels and slightly lowered and thought what a cracking looking little car it was for an every day hatchback, plus how good it was that it was RWD.

Then the Coupe came out and got ///M'd and I just fell in love with it.

I've adored both E36 and 46 M3s since their inception too, almost as much as the E30.
