well im 19, no NCB, one accident, not my fault and with Liverpool Victoria, i pay £1300 a year. Pretty cheap as Tesco had me on £1500 on an N reg 1.2 8v. BTW, my Corsa is T reg and doen 33k miles.

I think you will find that all Corsa speedos at that speed are pretty inaccurate, so go find a GPS system and that will tell you the exact ground speed of the car.

My Sport reads about 128-130 on the clocks at top of rev limiter, which equates to about 119-120 mph.

The GSi is grp 11 and my Sport is group 10. 1400 is a damn good price for a GSi with your age etc.

got my 1.2 16v to 110 yesterday, but that was with a strong wind against me. i recon i could get it up to about 115 on the flat with perfect conditions
