Started making the bottom pulleys tonight, making bottem pulleys and alternator pulleys.
I bought 2 as a sample, reason for making it i am running a OPC steel crank which has a differant bolt fitment than standard XE/LET.
My Weapon this evening was a Harrison M250 nice "school" Lathe.
Finish of the rear side and cut the V Belt section tomo, prob get most of them finished tomo

Finished the Bottom Pulleys and made the Alternator Pulleys.
Just need to cut the V section into the Alt ones.
Going to think about doing a group buy and making a few sets.

Update - 19/03/2012
been doing some small bits over the past few weeks, finishing off half gone jobs.
Main update is the gear linkage been working on that, and looks like its going to work perfectly.
Just waiting on some lazar cutting bits to mount on a turret.
Also News car will be at PVShow on Total Vauxhall stand, so people can come and have a look and a chat.

Small Update.
Gear leaver turret has come so welded that all up and sat the gear leaver mech ontop. Still need to add some bits for the cables to mount to but had to have a look how it sits inside the car.
Also aload of powder coating came back so back so gave the engine bay a wipe down put them back on to see how they look.
Going to send off the inlet and chargecoolers to get polished.
Next jobs are work on the gear cables, make a lourve tool so I can vent the bonnet and then give is a mass clean off ready for PVShow ‘12
Also been teaching my lad not to buy but to modify (be wanted to get a new bike as this one was look old and out of “fashion”) before anyone says i know the front forks are wrong way around just plonked it all together so he could see how it would look at update his progress thread like me lol
Thanks
