some people can't be bothered waiting around for 10 minutes.

i jut spray the de icer and press the heated windscreen button. 30 seconds later and ready to go.

lazy. and it's not 10 minutes usually. de-icer + ice scraper and you are done. few minutes and you know your windscreen is safe

I normally find the nearest hedgehog roaming around and use that to scrape the ice off

I don't have time to scrape and de-icer in the morning

Plus scraping can scratch your windscreen, not the scraper but trapping bits of shit from the road under the scraper and dragging it across the windscreen. At least I get a nice clear windscreen

My car (as it's a diesel) takes forever to warm up, so blasting cold air at my windscreen does fuck all

Depends where you live pow. I'm ok at my house, up a private drive and the car can't be seen from the road.

Obviously wouldn't leave it running by the side of the road
