I love tattoos and i'm currently in the middle of a chest piece and half sleeve. I've only ever had tattoos done by people who have been recommended and i've seen their work first.
As for the jester tattoo i'd say the quality looks poor but then again if you look at the whole design it doesn't look like its been designed to be perfect/look life like. It looks like its been designed to be a cartoon style more than something more real looking.
Its each to their own to be honest as i know some people don't like mine and i don't like other peoples it's just the way it is.
