Decided to keep the Audi i've got lol.

Can't justify putting in another £10k to change when its not even 2 years old yet.

Definatley swapping the Audi within the next 2 months, and sadly actually seriously considering an Insignia now! Love the Audi but its got battle scars, and it reaches its warranty mileage limit in 10k miles. Clutch release bearing has gone too which is being done under warranty but that started alarm bells.

My sensible head has kicked in and I can get the same spec in an Insignia, albeit without the Vorsprung Durch Technik for about £6k less than the equivelent A4/C-Class.

Test driving on Sunday.

Looking at the SRI CDTI (160) VX-Line. I'll need one thats fully loaded tho.

Never thought i'd come back to VX unless it was another with a VXR badge

But won't you lose a shed load when you come to sell it? Don't see a big Vauxhall holding its money well tbh!

And I only tend to keep cars 2 years.

Try to get an extended test drive Ben, if I had driven ours longer I wouldn't have bought it.

Drive it with the stereo off around some 30 zones too, the turbo whistle will drive you insane.

I was thinking from a money point of view he can get one with plenty of warranty for probably cheaper than even the Insignia. And still keep the German solid feel. I was seriously impressed with the quality of them. Bargain I think, especially compared to the equivalent A4.

Hoping for around £14.5k part ex for the Audi. Thats an educated guess.

Vauxhall don't do them. Well Lookers don't anyway. Went in at weekend and asked. Got a normal test drive on Sunday.

Its crazy. The guy said its due to insurance. He admitted it was shit. Volvo and BMW will give me a V60/3Series for a day when they've one free no probs if I want!!!

You will regret selling your Audi for an insignia. Don't do it.

Your loss. They are a bloody good car. Thought people had got over the Skoda badge stigma these days!

Having gone from a BMW to one, this is probably why I don't like it.

I've no issue owning a Skoda, but if I got the same car as my BIL he'd think he was even more amazing than he already does if that's possible.
