Because I have an opinion? Grow up Oliver. Your nearing 30 now, act like it.

I've ALWAYS said its Donnas car I own a powerhouse myself now, its a beast, other road users move out of my way.. In my 5 dr 1.25 Fiesta Zeeeetec. Still, good cheap hack, and has enabled me to ditch my daily bike in favour for a track bike as well as my other toy.

lolz at internet folk still going on about a trade in they still know nothing about

£170 a tyre for 20" is good!! Thought that a decent tyre in that size would be a lot more.

But still, where does £10k extra come from. 30p mars bar, what, in 1995 maybe, not in 2006. Wheres the justification for a 1/3 increase in price?

I see you still can't have an opinion that differs from others here then I can't see any arrogance in my post, but still, people still hold issues.

For the record, seeing as we've got the S3 (btw, as im married, officially, its half mine, as my Benelli is half Donnas, its called marrage Oli), I can say that whilst the Astra was more of a drivers car and more involving and fun, the S3 is by far a better all round car, if not a little lifeless to drive compared to the VXR. Brakes better, faster, better on fuel, better quality, better sat nav, nicer place to be etc.

jesus christ

i hate when people get a divorce and the woman wants half of everything even though she hasn't paid for it.

are you one of those people? if so, that's proper sad

No, but marrage is about not being an individual anymore. You don't choose items that are yours or mine, its just shared. Anyone who actually says and MEANS "well thats half mine now" is as you say, uttlerly sad and materialistic.

I was joking around, trying to lighten the mood from the childlike offensive replies of some folk

its basically having a shared bank account that the shared monthly payments come out of. The bank owns everything, your just sharing the burden.

Not really aimed specifically at daimo

The price is just higher because every other car is priced that high, it's just competition.

I think it's kind of a car bandwagon.

Whole craze now for the ring, ring developed cars, when most of them won't ever see a proper race track, just for the owners to have something to brag about and say look at me.

will still be over 25k though.

what if someone isn't as brave as you at asking/telling them you want a massive 10k discount? should they be anally raped by the salesman because they aren't brave enough?
