well the other day i stripped the painted interior trims for re painting, unfortunatly to do them all the same colour the whole interior was nearly stripped..

then me and a mate put the car on stands in his lock up and removed the wheels and front strut brace

the removed bits

all was well untill about 4pm i noticed the steering wheel had a trim i hadnt removed and also the kidney grills needed painting

so i went to the lockup and tried to open the bonnet that was left on the latch.. fuuccckkkkk alarm goes off and i didnt bring the keys (thick cunt)

sent mrs for keys and while shes there i notice this... my mate had to kick the top of each front wheel to remove them, he has obviosly caught the wing he has offered to pay but there was no malice and i 100% know he wouldve told me if he noticed

once she had returned, rather miffed i openned the car and removed the kidney grills, i then left the keys on the seat and closed the door, openned the boot and undid the neg on the battery (fiddling with airbag) closed the boot and wallahhhh the car fucking locked itself...

once the mrs returned with the spare it took a fucking age to get the airbag out

i then went home and removed these from the wheels and steering wheel - as you can see theyre fucked - new ones ordered

heres why the interior trims are being painted

right after some thought these are going honda cosmic grey - also asked him to paint over the centre badges as i like a clean look

and these are going non metallic gloss black

All of that for £100 - cant complain

my springs are here sadly no pics and we will fit them and paint calipers (black) while the wheels are away

my mate has agreed to smooth the roundel from the boot and bonnet and repair the wing for £150 so all is good - just going to pay myself for the wing (£50?) as the lad who had the accident helps me a huge amount and has saved me way more than that over the years - im going to see about louvres too tbh from 2xlets

ohhh the imp went too

Nice wheel colour, hopefully there will be a good enough contrast in them and your car to pull it off well.
