Hodgson dug his own hole, genuinely if you want to use that as a comparisson to our current situation then you're bonkers. I'm not even going to stasrt typing the reasons as to why it's different or i'll be here all day

Im not convinced really. Granted he deserves his chance but some LFC fans will not give him the time of day

was that possibly around the time that Hodgson took over the England job by any chance?
Rodgers will get 1 bad result and the fans will turn on him. He plays good football though so should fit ok. They still need a goalscorer doesn't matter who's in charge if your players are only capable of hitting the woodwork

after
the point is liverpool fans wanted hodgson out, but wanted to keep dalglish even though hodgson did no worse, and arguable better in some aspects
yet here we have #YNWAtom saying that liverpool fans give anyone a chance regardless who it is

yes no doubt get some essay from #YNWAtom about league cups which doesnt actually explain why the fans so badly wanted hosgson out and dalglish to stay

Shocking appointment.
Flopped at Reading and merely carried on the work of Martinez at Swansea. They play nice football and have achieved some good results this season but then that's it. This season only.
Martinez would have been an infinitely wiser appointment.

If I was one of the 20 or so Wigan fans I'd of had enough with Martinez by now. Flirting with Villa & now LFC.
