Some reason I never wear one in a taxi.
Was told by a driving examiner that taxi drivers are not legally required to wear one whilst they have a customer in the car for safety reasons (Mainly the rear passenger can pin them to the seat with the seatbelt and potentially harm them) But as soon as the customer leaves the vehicle they must wear one!
Heard that too about them not having to wear one. Heard one reason was for people legging it but not sure how true that reason is

Always in a car. Always as a passenger.
Hardly ever when in a truck. I've no idea why though.

Always wear one as said doesn't feel right not having one on and tbh its not a thing you think about doing you don't get in the car and think Shit need to put my belt on I just get in and put it on without a thought
