I had a date so missed the match :/
Was lightly checking the game throughout normal time then a bit mroe during ET... madness. We played terrible first half from the highlioghts ive seen, whilst it was a strong-ish team it was a very unusual team but even so, a defence of Jenks, Djourou and Koscielny and a decent enough young keeper in Emi should be doing much better.
Great comeback though, Chamakh took his goals well, 2 for Theo (3rd looked debateable before Jenks smashed it in!) and Giroud and Walcott linked up well (yet again).
I know the cotnratc situ is shit, but Theo must start against Utd with Giroud and Poldi, he and Giroud link up much better that way.
IMO our strngest team is
Chesney
Sagna Mertesacker Koscienly Gibbs
Wilshere Arteta
Cazorla
Walcott Giroud Podolski
But we'll see, Chesney should be back for Utd, not sure about Gibbsy, hopefully!

fuck no!!! a serious part of the problem atm, his defending is atrocious... although just watched the full highlights from last night and Koscielny's had another shocker (after Chelsea)... ill put it down to being in and out but IMO Mertescielny is a much better combination than Vermesacker... unfortunately Wenger has sort of left us with no chocie after (probably rightly) making Vermaelen captain :/
Vermaelen seems to ahve swapped his swashbuckling nature for pure lunacy and a lack of positional sense and lost his shouty leadership since becoming captain. stick by him but if it carries on for much longer than wenger will have to drop him
