Hard to pick one car and the fact I couldn't afford to run, tax or insure most of these cars. But I would love an Underground racing twin turbo Aventador.

Never been much of a fan of GT variants and prefer the (slightly more) subtle styling of the Turbo (S) compared to the GT2 - the rear spoiler on the GT2 is hideous.

Probably a 911 Turbo of some description. An F40 would be on the dream car list, but if I'm choosing just one I am guessing the 911 is easier to live with.
