Should still of dealt with the corner after the handball, but unfortunately it landed to Perch.

Perch has been awesome the last 2 seasons, just couldn't clear. All too busy appealing.

Draw would of been a fair result

Tackle was really bad, but I don't think he meant it. Hopefully Haidara recovers and McManaman apologises to him personally and it can be forgiven.

Toon will be fine, just leggy from the EL game.

This is one of the most stupid sayings in football IMO, same as "he's not that kind of player"
Unless your name's Roy Keane I don't think anyone goes into a challenge trying to break someone's leg
Doesn't make it any less if a horrendous challenge

It's inexcusable. Nobody needs to go in for a tackle like that.

There was no outcome where a tackle like that could end up with him coming away with the ball. So what exactly was he trying to do with that tackle other than what he did?

Got to be honest it looks an absolutely horrific tackle but it also looks like a young over eager footballer rattling into a tackle when he was going for the ball.

Without doubt a red but I would seriously doubt the intent. For what it's worth.

It pisses me off that they have to immediately say they don't think it was malicious when things like that happen, of course it wasn't, why would a lad who's had 4 games go and assault someone who's played a handful of games over here? Its the same with elbows when players go for headers, immediately a commentator feels the need to defend him.

If it had been a man Chester players knee, everyone would be going mental instead of defending the ref and the player. Fact.
