Danny - is your mate on the mlr?
I'm build my 6 as a class D sprint car with a LR2.0, should be legal for T/A too, between the fibreglass doors and momentum rear subframe alone I've saved 100kg already before strip wiring loom, bucketseats etc. But it does cost.
A 360bhp 6 will wipe floor with an R6 on the bypass and push r1s on the twisties, still no chance with big bike on bypass though, made me look like I'd hit reverse and I was really shifting.
For my 6 with cage, 6pot ap's, coilovers, tme turbo, jmf mani, 3in exhaust, ralliart ecu I was paying 1k 25 7yrs pro ncb.
The one your going to see should drive far better than the bm and be quicker.

Bit confused. You've put a deposit on a car you've not seen and when you do go to collect if it's not faster than an M3 you're leaving it

It'll feel faster in either case with it being a turbo imo.

It is quicker on paper, cant be hooning all over with a bairn on board anyway. 300bhp is plenty.

It is 100% quicker than an M3, I can assure you that. My old one before it was mapped was quicker than my mates M3 on a LOT of occasions.

I wouldn't have thought so either.
With the Evo being a lardy ass 4 door saloon with 4wd, surely you would need well over 500bhp to play with an R6.

Nope. My old 8 with the same power would stick with my mates 600 gixxer. Initial acceleration the bike would have it but on the move is a different story.

Unless people are repping bikes it had r6 on the rear by the seat, the lad followed me til we come to a roundabout and smiled. Like I said the big 1000cc+ bikes I've been well into triple digits and they have made me look like I've gone into reverse.

Don't think these people can ride tbh. I wiped the floor with a 450bhp TTRS & 600bhp 996 Porsche Turbo, both quicker than 350bhp Evos
