Brazil have won 1 game in the last 8, that was a decent result for them considering.
They are lambs to the slaughter next year, even being the home team. Their poster boy is not as good as the Brazilians or he himself thinks.

From what I've seen he's massively overrated, hes done nothing in the internatiknals ive seen him in. He'll do well in Spain, but don't think he'll be much help for Barca in Europe against decent teams

He's a good player, technically gifted and can do some outrageous skills. However, in Brazil he is the main man at Barca he will be second fiddle at best. I can't see him making his mark personally and I don't think he's the type of player they need either.

No, no. Just a third string in a pointless friendly.

Interestingly a lot of the Brazilians are saying that England were superb in some of the comment sections of the game. I cant see it in the first half but perhaps our eglish pessimism is perhaps sometimes to much.

Agree first half was crap, but i dont think we are creditting them with enough for the second half performance, well post OC anyway.
As put on the radio earlier, if it was a boxing match you would say England won the second half.

I'd say both halves were a draw

Neither team was particularly impressive. But Brazil were slightly more so.

Brazil were there for the taking tbh, a less cautious manager would have seen that.

I agree part of the first half problem was for some reason we were too scared of them, the goal forced them into action.
Theo walcott every time he had chance to use his pace just stopped and waited for a pass, take the fuckers on ffs

Walcott looked starstruck, he absolutely shat himself one on one with Cesar. He'd have slotted that away if it were Arsenal v QPR in the Premiership.

Things you expect to hear every football match "and Walcott's final ball has let him down" or "and Walcott made the wrong decision there"
I don't like criticising, but he was really poor when we had chances to break yesterday

Yeah, im not too worried because I think generally Walcotts a fairly decent player he just looked overcome by the scenario. But I think thats where a lot of the problems with England lie, sometimes I think they need hypnotists rather than coaching, because they seem to shy away at the big occasions and tournaments and play nowhere near what they can
