I've been thinking this place has been rather quiet too.

As said the target audience doesn't seem to be there anymore, hardly see Corsa B's, C's or even D's owned by any form of car enthusiast anymore and the cruising/Modifying scene seems to have died off ALOT! Infact the only meet I know of in my city has probably 10-15 cars at it whenever happen to be passing.

It's not dead yet although it is a shame as this has always been a great site!

Not sure its about how many Corsas are about, we've had threads for years complaining that people move on and buy different cars and that makes CS less about Corsas, so if its quiet, that ship has well sailed.

I blame Facebook.

And probably some other factors related to cars. But everyone still has cars. And most of those people don't care what the site is about. We've been over that.

And Tapatalk integration being a prick.

And mobile in general not being very good on here.

Could be time to collaborate some of the 'Day' sub-forums into one? Makes sure there are more threads in the main section...

I for one often forget to check them.

I find Cs works really well on my iPhone. I only use here, edition and z4-forum and this is by far my main choice

Works fine on my iphone also.

Car scene in general isn't what it was so not really a surprise that forums will get quiet. Mountain biking forums are very busy.

This is the best forum on a mobile for me. Z4-forum takes forever to load and when you go back a page, it shoots to the top everytime. Drives me insane.

It nice being able to have adult conversations though.

I come back here when I feel I need to be abused by almost middle aged men who still live with their parents.

One of the best things about CS is it's simple layout and speed.

I don't post that much but still check in daily, just for the crack really, don't have any particular interest in Corsas or modifying anymore.

In all seriousness, Ojc and Steve ruined the site with all their shite 'm8' and fucking 'lips' chat. Since Ojc was one of the main in crowd fannies at the time and Steve was a super geek, everyone was brown nosing them and indulging the stuff. Serious threads in all sections of the site were being ruined by the shite chat crew coming in, posting some daft arse comment like 'do u want ur lips smacked' then the thread would be fucked. A lot of the decent people who stopped using the site because of this weren't the type to talk out so nothing was done about it.

The lackadaisical attitude towards the moderation on here is one of the main reasons I like the site but in my opinion it led to the downfall. The above situation needed nipped in the bud, I said many times at the time that it needed to be done, but it was allowed to continue. I'm not saying it's the only reason but there's no question it had a lot to do with people stopping using the site in droves. No doubt someone's going to deny all this but I can remember it went from a half decent pretty mature forum to a creche in the matter of a few weeks

I used to live my life on cs then kinda lost interest for a lot of years. Have found myself back reading up in the last few months although house day and general chat seems the most appealing ATM. Really like the forum and always have, but I have noticed it quieter than a few years ago but still a good forum tbh. Really needs a like button like many other forums. Find myself looking to like comments and then realise I cant

It's the only site I go on other than naked women ones . I generally only go on when am sat on shitter or she's watching something shit on TV. I remember when I joined this site was very busy . When I was 16 the corsa modification scene was at full swing hence me building one . It's totally changed as now folk don't have the disposable cash like we used to , also insurance hikes etc .I honestly can't remember the last time I saw a modified corsa and certainly haven't heard of anyone doing one for near on 7 year. I think the site has good banter and that's the main reason I come on

I come on this site for the crack, and I don't really have an interest in cars anymore..

What other forum on the Internet do you get the jimmy Bennett's? That Jay guy who scammed people and then everyone found out about his porno with his weird shaped cock

The forum is hilarious and still makes a good read sometimes. I won't be going anywhere soon anyway
