I was hoping we'd get someone in to develop our passing style to be something similar to whats been happening in spain for the last few years like bayern have done with guardiola and like liverpool have done with rodgers. instead we've gone backwards. We might as well have signed Sam Allardyce. How many times this season have we seen one of our players attack the penalty area with the ball? all crosses from the opposition full back area. Nobody ever attempts to express themselves and whenever anyone attempts anything special he throws his arms up in the air in anger. i remember chicharito attemping a dropping volley in one game. it didnt work out and he missed but fergie wouldnt have reacted like that. MANCHESTER UNITED DAVID!

These things have been going on so long now this season that its got to be deliberate. He's a percentages manager. hit a certain amount of crosses and you'll score a certain amount of goals. He's just anti football. Fergie obviously thought that at everton he played a certain way because he didnt have the players available to do anything more and that he would be able to do different things with a better side. Clearly that was a mistake. I still fervently believe we have a far better squad of players man for man than liverpool. the difference is the quality of the management and coaching at liverpool is vastly better than ours right now.
