You need to apply for permission from the courts then the curfew on the unit in the house is removed for the time he is away.

It's a messed up system. It's cheaper to be put on tag them go to prison. They are very lenient to people that break the curfews too.

There is only 2 providers in the UK that do tagging. More are meant to be coming to the market place but none have succeeded yet.

People on gps tag are the ones you should be worried about.
