Wrong. Correct course of action is taking the car to your dealer for a warranty claim for new exhaust pipes. That is of course only applicable if you have not modified you car because that would be dishonest and rage the 'enthusiast' community. Thou shall be fully honest to thy dealership.

They are retards, but I bet none of them went full retard and put tights on their rear lights.

Tbh VXROnline used to be okay back when I was on there when I had my Astra VXR. Few knobs but generally everyone was okay.
The warrenty thing is true though. I know a few people who had warrenty work pulled due to them posting about mods etc on VXROnline. It's a forum run by Vauxhall so it's expected.
However it also depends on the dealer you get the work done at. I went to my local VX Dealer with my VXR when it blew a hole in the manifold. It was stage 2 tuned and running a turbo back JP system.
Still got the work done under warrenty - new turbo & manifold. My map was back to standard when I got it back but I got it flashed back on for free by Midpoint Garage who supplied it.
I must have been lucky.

Yeah.
All the Admins are VX employees, unless it's changed.
Dougie (who I've met several times and is top notch) works at quite a senior position, as do a few of the others site staff.
Dougie organises/runs most of the VX Power Events etc.

I assume most members knows that then? Yet, they continue to post details of warranty infringement

I have been browsing Briskoda lately.
In one of the thousands of threads covering winter tyres (If it snows and you drive a Skoda it won't work apparently) there was a guy GENUINELY asking about if he needed an additional winter tyre for the spare.

If a rwd bmw can navigate through winter weather quite easily, i'm sure a heavy fwd skoda will be perfectly fine.

Had a quick look on Brian skids site (auto corrected to that think it sounds better) but couldn't see if anyone recommended different thickness of tights for rear lights in winter? Any info Ben?
