If Dave can do it in 4.97 with 240 brake, slippy diff, proper tyres and no interior, I'm sure Adam isn't far away with more power than a standard valver and the same penchant for comfort.

Any anyway, what he said was 'pushing 5's. Low 6s are, if my grasp of maths doesn't escapt me, pushing 5s.

yeah it's a corsa not every thing can be as nice looking as a punto but it is still dam fast and to be fair rape the ass off most things ont he road. Also Dave is a extemely competant driver having won his class in hill climbs

At the moment adams corsa did do very low 14s 1/4. however when the engine is rebuilt it will be faster with a significant increase in power. trust me Adam's corsa is quick. I have personally driven it and raced several cars.
