i phoned ice direct today, it is all going ahead as it has in the past.
DATE: Saturday 31st January and Sunday 1st February 2004
Location: Ice Direct, Peterborough
Cost: About £10 for Saturday or £25 for Saturday and Sunday
What Happens and goes on???
Well, here goes. Ive been to this event twice now, the 1st in 2002 and again in 2003. On the Saturday, it's more of a 'test and tune' day. Basically, you can all get your systems metered and the pro's will have a look at your settings on amps etc. and help you get the best out of your system, testing it before and after, and seeing how loud your system can actually go. This is more than likely going to be the option most of you go for, just the saturday. But, if you can, hang around for the Saturday night, cos in the past there's been a cruise, and a bloody good one at that!! 
The Sunday is for those of you who may want to take it a little more seriously, or just have a look at what other people with similar set-ups are hitting. Tomas?? Steve?? Rich(austin, dunno what people actually call you!!)?? Painz?? and any others who fancy competing. This side of the competition is run by the UK Division of dB Drag. A worldwide SPL Sound Off Organisation.

Thought I'd also mention, local accomodation is plentiful, there's a travelinn type place just up the road(called formula 1 or summit). Or local B+B's, travel lodges etc. If ur interested, let me know by posting up on here, so i can keep track of numbers. And any accomodation required, i can get telephone numbers for y'all.
Would be useful if we had most of the interest confirmed by Christmas time, just so we know what kind of attendance to be expecting.  Will be a good laugh, as usual.

my sound system aint quite up to what i want it to be yet as im working on the engine and styling still the end off summer, i may still pop up for a nosey, depends on if i can get the time off work.

i might not compete tho.. cos last time my sub died and cost me £360 to get a new one if i have some spare cash around the time then i might put all the gains up and the bass boost on full. Then see what i can hit before meltdown

OK heres the deal
when turning her system up one of the subs was "frapping" making a horrid noise. Went to sound Gallery and they told us that the voice coil was hitting off something???
Sent it back to Caraudiolabs. Who have really taken the piss and are taking ages to look at it and fix/sendout a new sub.
Ergo the "dont ask"
As for the MSN, i do have it. wait a sec and i shall get it up and running...
