Nope, the tooling for the BFO cones is developed by, owned by, and property of PVD. They are different from any Pipercross kits.

Joff, do you think you could measure the neck size (diameter) of the BFO cone for me (for the C14SE engine) so I can see whether it would fit on to the throttle body trunking or not?

Not sure mate - should be a tight fit - I had to get someone to sit on mine so I could get enough thread through the brace.
