Oh dear.....i'm not gonna start.
Suffice to say the 106Gti came 2nd in a Top gear(i think)production car handling contest, an MR2 "turbo" didn't win.

If anything the turbo model would handle worse then a n/a model due to the power deliverly.

Most of the 106gti's have a 24mm ARB fitted, the biggest available from Peugeot sport is a 25mm ARB!

If you don't know how to use an accelerator pedal maybe. But the turbo has LSD and Bilstein suspension. Something the UK model doesn't boast. Being as I've driven both I know which one holds the road better.
I can't say it really matters if a 106 can get out of a corner quicker fractionally quicker than an mr2 turbo because before the 106's suspension has rolled back level again the MR2 will be past and gone.

Is that a consession that you could be wrong?

Bilstein suspension?

Why would a jap car have german suspension from the factory?
Hmmm.....

I can take a picture of the suspension with it written on if you'd like?
Its says Toyota and below that Bilstein. As for why they chose Bilstein I have no idea.
