Asda do a big pack with like 6-7 pieces in it for £3 odd, works out better than Tescos 3 for £10 when you get 3 packs of them for like £9 odd you got alot more chicken, its Value stuff but its nice.

I have 2 scoops in the morning (works out at about 35g protein I think) in milk, and then another 2 right after the workout in water.
I also have no-explode about 45mins before the workout which has some protein in. You do need a pre-workout drink of some sort imo.

Havent started this yet, really dont know when I'm going to, feel like I cant fit it in, do others who are doing this do alot of physical work/activities around it? I work long tiring days in work and I also do Thai boxing 3 times a week, this would help massively with the Thai but I just cant seem to fit it in... or im too fucked to even attempt it.

standard reverse grip close pulls ups, about 3-5 ish... full form, all the way down, all the way up.
the grip the other way (front grip), front, about 1 - 2 full form, and a few at the top small raises...
wide grip reverse, still not 1 full, can get up there with a small hop from my foot, then slowly come down.
Same with wide front grip (though I struggle with these the most!)
Gotta be a good thing as I couldn't do any a week or so ago.
- 1 thing i'm doing now (I read it somewhere else), is I'm lowering myself really slowly from the top... as I can do this, even though I can't pull myself up in the first place without the hop... It's seemed to have done the trick! either that or the alcohol in my system is helping me overcome the barrier or because i'm not knackered? (usually after a day of work i just want to sleep and feel fatigued).
Should be good on monday when I do chest + back hopefully be able to do some more.

It's good to see that you are noticing a difference, towards the end of the programme you will probably be able to do quite a few of each pull up.

oh yeah definately.. once I'm able to do full clean form pull ups in all the different ways, a couple of times... the results will accelerate! The problem I found at the start was if you can't do one, you can't actually go through the form.

I've saw in farmfoods (saw it on a flyer posted through my door) they do 3 bags of chicken breasts for £10 which is 21 pieces in total

They look abit overkill tbh
Argos/JJB do a set for around £30 you get two dumbells and bars and you can always buy more weights to put on - http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/3008243/c_1/1%7Ccategory_root%7CSports+and+leisure%7C14419152/c_2/2%7Ccat_14419152%7CHome+gym+equipment%7C14419293/c_3/3%7Ccat_14419293%7CWeights+and+dumbbells%7C14419310.htm
But the spin lock sometimes comes loose when doing weights...

Have you done the shoulders and arms workout yet?
Changing the weights to different ones for each set ended up making the workout twice as long as it needed to be, not with these.
It was them or a full set of free weights, but they were twice the price for a smaller weight range.

Yeh i fully understand that it takes longer, only problem i can find with them is that if you want anything over 21kg they're useless.

Yeah, but I wont be doing many dumbbell sets that are over 21kg, and for those I'll have my ones like you've posted up set up to be that heavy weight.
And tbh, if it gets to a stage where Im using a lot of weights over 21kg then I'll buy individual weights from 22-30kg.
