I'd be willing to bet money neither of them are on 90k a week

I need to find the thread on the United forum - was linked to on a Liverpool forum I use as detailed all the wages of the United squad.
Explained how you can keep your fringe players happy to sit on the bench!

A pay slip like Riise's example would be handy as proof.

I know, i'm made up. Hopefully more of the same to come although a couple of LB's are the priority now.
Cole is an upgrade on Benny, add Jovanovic and a settled down Maxi and we've got some decent/different options going forwards. Hopefully we can offload Riera and/or Babel and get someone like Remy in to play as second striker or as a wide forward in a 4-3-3 formation.

Has to be a pretty penny if he turned down CL football at Spurs and a chance to work for 'Arry again.

Don't know any details, but we got £5m(ish) for a 30 year old Benayoun so it's all good so long as he can stay fit.

Can only think the reason he has gone is to play week in week out.
No CL football, will crash out of the domestic cups to Arsenal's kids and won't see the PL trophy, or any other for that matter again.

I agree, he's a very talented and skillful player, they need to keep him fit though and that will be the hard thing, because there will 100% be no injury clause in his contract
