woo hoo! spacers turned up this morning so wasted no time in test fitting the 25mm onto the rear.

seems a decent enough fit and shouldn't cause any scrubbage. need to get some copper grease before i do the rest.

There's a guy on the z4 forum making sets with bolts for 125.
I'm tempted to just buy some rear ones for now. Looks loads better

i was worried about them too, so i decided to get the ones that bolt onto the hub, then your wheel bolts bolt into the spacer.
hopefully it'll be ok. front tyre look a little tight to the wheel arch liner, so may need to modify that a touch, or get some 15mm ones instead.
finished doing them now. decided to copper grease the hubs and backs of the alloys to stop the wheels/spacers sticking.
heres a few pics, will get better ones later on.

I prefer the bolt through ones myself though than the bolt on ones...

id have used bolt through too, you only really need bolt on ones if you're using studs and the would require the hib to be split to change the studs
also be prepared for wheel bearing replacements.
other than that looks good

How has it affected the handling?

just been on a 20 mile drive on bumpy roads and the handling is fine. steering feels a little heavier, but i prefer it like that anyway.
bad news on the fronts. they're scrubbing the wheel arch liner on every bump or when i turn the wheels when driving. the guy did say that i may need to modify the liner (fitting it inside the bumper rather than outside).
will try that tomorrow and if it doesn't work, i'll be selling the 20mm's on and getting some 12-15mm ones.
the 25's are fine on the back though.

Unfortunately no. Will get some pics tomorrow
Got the 20's off the fronts and no scrubbage whilst driving now. Doesn't look too bad with just the rears on.

quite possibly the worst pictures ever taken, but it's snowing and dark and the focus has been on the drive all day so couldn't be bothered getting the car out.
the difference is quite amazing really:
