Well I worked for all of it - nights as well so I mean could it really have been worse? My life is boring
treated myself to a bottle of stella tonight though back to getting fit tomorrow if I get up at a decent time I think

I used to go to the gym, but I stopped going last year, been working out at home and slowly the muscles are starting to come lol. But want to get back down the gym because i've only got some dumbells I go to DW fitness (formerly JJB's) in newport mate

Well all he did was use 5KG's but his lifting technique was brill, just tensing all time cause you don't really need to lift heavy weights to get stronger, it's all technique/requirement of your body which is where the diet helps majorly.

I've really improved my diet and I can say i've deffinatly improved 100%

My diet is crap lol, it was at the point that it wasn't bad but now it's just crap. Chicken is too expensive lol! Tbh my gains are coming albeit very slowly lol but hey that's what it's all about. I'm much bigger than I used to be because apart from the gut I was pretty skinny lol. Just want a nice physique & need to get rid of the gut so my abs show nicely lol

you dont really need a diet, just need to eat things in proportion. Too much of anything is bad.
Swimming is really good aswel because you use alot of your body muscles.

Steroids is cheating yourself in my opinion lol. I don't eat much tbh I just have a habit of being lazy and going to mcdonalds haha. I hate swimming but I do enjoy running when I can be bothered lol don't know whether I'll be at the meet yet gez, car tax in may and Waterbill is expected lol

ive lost 2 stone from swimming everyday bar from weekends, im now on the weights not a lot but past 2 weeks i been 3 maybe 4 times. do a 1km on treadmill followed by chest and arm workouts, dont follow any plan although i probably should, all i do is 55 - 60kg on chest press and then 12.5 - 15kg on arm pulls followed by 12kg dumbells stood upright in the mirror to help me see where im going wrong with balance and swinging (not supposed to swing) i then finish on lat machine on 30kg then if im still alright i go on rowing machine, i then go down and do 64 lengths of pool (mile)

good lad nath, i never used to have a plan but now having a bit of a plan helps with gains. I try to do monday - chest and triceps, wed - back and biceps, friday - shoulders and legs

i do weights most days, going to start riding my bike more aswel through the summer, i done loads of miles last year.

oh yer and go out and do about 20-30 miles on bike couple evenings a week, alun your best off doing the chest and arms i.e triceps and biceps together as the tri and biceps are antagonistic pairs so inevitably you are working them both when you work either in particular if you know wot i mean, back and shoulders are usually all good on the Lat machine im not bothered about legs tbh do enough swimming and the jog on the treadmill is all gonna add up at some point

before i go to bed everynight i do 40 push-ups along with around 40-50 very slow situps
