We wouldnt be paying his wages if he got injured anyway, thats why clubs insure against injuries and payment of the players wages.

If he is on £90k a week then so be it, on his day he is easily worth that imo.

And maybe he realises Liverpool are his best chance of a couple of seasons in the CL, and not just one hit wonders Spurs.

TBH only teams i would say i would put money on been in the top 4 at the end of next season are City and Chelsea. Other 2 places are up for grabs for sure without investment in the squads the rags and arse dont look all that at the moment.

well we've added 2 £10m players recently and provided we dont lose cesc then think we will make a big step up

IMO we still need another top quality CB (id take jagielka tbh) then a new GK and we shuld be set

He was linked to Arsenal and Tottenham but has opted for Liverpool, who failed to qualify for the Champions League.
