It's not that clean trust me, it's suffering from the old laquer peel on the roof, top of both front arches, bonnet and boot Not major but it will need sorting, it just cleans up really well.

I went to Glasgow today to pick a GTI spare wheel up off Jonny.N, aswell as a spare Rallye steely off a guy on 106moaners. I'll need to refurb and spray the GTI wheel before it gets mounted in the boot.

Looking good in the pictures

Not sure on the wheel strap etc though, shouldnt really need a spare in the car, just adds weight

Not that much weight I don't like the idea of being stranded without no spare or tools

Hello ladies, haven't updated in a while due to me having no tinternet. Anyway, the car is off the road at the minute due to the MOT running out, it would have needed work to pass so I decided to have a new engine fittted amongst other things whist its out of action. The inside is currently bare while I respray it, the engine is practically ready to be built barring a few small parts then it will be good to go. I've been major skint lately with one thing or another going on, not really in any rush though.

Stripped for spares, ploughed the money into the astra instead. Would of liked to keep it, but cant afford to run two cars.

Looking good danny. My saxo went badly wrong. Started clunking so took the wheel off and you could wiggle the brake disc about an inch back and forth!
