No not what I've read. Stay at Nicks.
My mrs is taking me to the start and picking me up. Already told her.
I'm all paid up for it. At least I have something to target now.

Just spent the day at Hadleigh farm doing the olympic mtb track. It hasn't properly been opened up yet but to get the whole legacy thing started they are running some 'coached' sessions around the track which I got in on with some guys I ride with. Not sure how many they are doing because at some point it is supposedly going to be toned down before it becomes accessible to all. We had a group of maybe 10 and two coaches, only one accident, a guy braking his collarbone on the rock garden. Probably wasn't the best time for the guy from BBC radio to turn up
Watching it on TV really gave no really perspective to how technical the features are, we basically sessioned all the different features several times rather than doing continuous laps but its bloody hard work. So much respect for the guys who did 8 laps of it at a crazy pace. It was awesome

We're doing the relay as its seemed to give us a bit more incentive to do it.
He works for CSG. Distribute Charge and Cannondale.

How easy is it to tru a wheel. Can it be done on the bike?
My rear wheel is slightly out after hitting a hidden tree stump at the weekend. Just wondering whether anybody has done their wheels at all and if its easy if I get myself a spoke key.
It's not to bad about 1-2mm out and really noticeable at speed. Just annoying.
Or do I take it to a bike shop and let them do it.

I popped into Evans in Guildford on way home from work to get a spoke key. Had the wheel in the car and asked at the service counter how to do it etc. He said asked if I had the wheel with me (which I did) and he said bring it in, and he will show me how to do it on my wheel. So trued it up, got a quick 10 minute lesson and all done FOC. Nice bit of service.
