TBH Ive only done the reggeregge once, I actually didnt like it once it was cooked. As said its not having the actual sauce, the flavour goes in to the chicken and the sauce ends up being left in the bowl after I put the chicken on a baking tray and in the oven.

I use extra light mayo for a salad dressing, something like 2 table spoons. Its in the P90X nutrition pdf.

i have just started my thrid week (monday just gone) but i have only be able to commit to 3 or 4 days a week so far

i have started for real this week, done the 1 workout yesterday but went for a 3 mile jog this evening

am i OK mixing replacing the plyrometrics with a 3-4 miles jogging (30-40 minutes?)

also this is the current diet i have been on for the past 2 weeks

Breakfast
3-4 Weetabixs
Protien shake

Lunch
200g chicken (i am trying mixing low fat yogurt with curry paste from tomorrow)
packet rice (microwave) various flavours

Snacks
Peanuts
Apples
Oranges

Dinner
This is where i fall down as my misses cooks for me in the evening when i get in from work, plus i have children

ranges from steak, gammon or jacket potatoes to homemade pizza, pasta dishes and potatoe bakes

Evening
After workout protein shake

I need to include some more healthy snacks into the days and evening but im a fussy bugger and dont eat salad or vegatables

I take 2 fish oil tablets and 2 x multivitims as well

I really need to try this, after reading a few posts/looking at a few videos this could really work for me, only downside is I lack motivation sometimes but recently I have had the urge to go running and do some training.

Matt - the polymetrics works your legs as well as being a big cardio workout, so it probably does a bit more than just running, but saying that I doubt you'd see much difference between that and the run.

As for the diet, as Paul said just watch which rice you're having. Im not sure any in those packets are OK to have tbh as they contain all sorts of crap. Basmati rice or wholewheat is whats recommended.

You also seem to have a load of carbs in there, the first phase suggests to keep it below 40g per day.

And lastly, tell your missus to kick out the pizza and those sorts of meals and stick with the meat + veg (poss some carbs with this depending what else on the day you're having). Thats a perfect meal for this first phase.

I'm adding some multi vitamins from the myprotein site to my shake in the mornings... but I'm not sure how to measure 0.210mg as I don't have scientific scales

I'm just grabbing a pinch of the stuff and lobbing it in...

Currently dieting so not as big as i was, i can manipulate my body weight very easily with the amount of carbs/vitamin c/water i consume so im currently hovering between 16st - 17st.

A few months ago i was down to 14st (never been that small in my life, but i was cut) but that was on a Ketogenic diet.

i was ready, got all the stuff except heart monitor and a yoga mat thing but i need to keep on top of my diet which is difficult (working nights this week).

i've been doing sets with my push up bars and dumbells though which has made a difference, just need to sort out an eating time/plan.

So 14 stone lean or 17 stone unlean? Thats what 3 stone of fat you dont need that you are carrying round lol. Learn to clean bulk instead of yoyo dieting as its no good for you and will fry your metabolism.

As for your supps, you go well overboard lol. The only supps you really need are whey and casein protein powders, fish oil tabs, multivit and BCCA's... more importantly L-Leucine as its the acid that stops you wasting away and keeps you anabolic.
