I've noticed a lot of players are trying the 'ronaldo' trick, saying they want away in order to either get a better deal at their current club or get a transfer, for some it's backfired especially Bentleybecause he stated wants to play 'Champions League' football next season, yet the top 4 don't want him so he's going to have to settle for UEFA or none at all.

I think a lot of players don't love the club they're at they just want the biggest pay chack available to them.
Easy for me to say but I'd gladly play for my team for a fraction of what the players earn. Some of them lose sight of why they originally became a footballer. Few grand a week would do me for playing in the top flight week in week out.

I think surrounded by that sort of evironment and to fund the lifestyle they have, you'd eventually become a bit more greedy season after season, you realise what you can get as opposed to what you'd settle for before becoming a pro.
I think I'd go down that avenue, especially if I was training with people on £20-40k more than me.

The President of Milan was saying all he has to do to balance the books is sell Pirlo and Kaka. If this bid is as big as he's making out then he's as good as gone.
It's like somebody is playing FM08 when it comes to who Chelski sign.

Kaka is unhappy at Milan as a whole at the minute, he has won everything with every team he possibly could and the one thing he wanted to do is play in the olympics, Milan won't let him go and he's told Globo he's upset.

Think of the superstars and the clubs they play for, how many of them are emotionally linked to them.
Ronaldinho/Barca? funny saga.
Kaka/Milan? Not anymore.
C.Ronaldo/Man Utd? nooope.
Robinho/R Madrid? well Robson says he isn't happy at being used as a makeweight.
I can only think of Messi really, Barcelona snapped him up at 14, gave him medical help to aquire some height, housed all his family and paid for their entire living for life, they've done a lot for him and he seems to love the club.
