got computer working again now so i can put some pics up of my recent progress.
first off the sierra cossie radiator. bastard to fit in but it runs cool as a polar bear now. have more room infront of the turbo now as well for some reason.

also inlets now off being modified for the bigger injectors. il get some pics of that up tomorrow.

just picked the saab injectors up from being cleaned and tested and all is good so they will be getting chucked back in tonight and then its ready to go again just need to take it back to be mapped again probably wont be for a week or two as im skint now. Shall bang some more pics up later on now i can actually upload things

cars now all up and running again with the bigger injectors but its over fueling to fuck now so needs going back to be mapped and have it all turned down to suit and up the boost still no bloody log book so cant tax it yet gutted

if you dare you can alter the fuelin g map by scaling it down due to the larger injectors.

fitting f28 did you use conversion f28 mount? or make your own??

i know i could change the map myself but im not risking it . F28 has the normal corsa conversion mount on it

right decided to just back the car out the unit so i could have a tidy up it started running like a bag of shit and then cut out on me. tried for ages to start it checked all my ecu conections then started having a poke round the engine and found this.

dont know if its down to me not tightening it up or what. also destrtoyed the key on the bottom pulley. ripped the crank sensor off its bracket as well. you can see in the pic where the lug should of been for the outer pulley

its not touched the cam belt just the outer pulley flew off

need another sprocket now. easy fix. justa bastard. at least it wasnt out on the road

Aw i thought the pic of the pulley was the bottom pulley of the timing belt set up. Was going to say if it came off it would be bad news.

To true. mate of mine had the exact same problem on a single came 16 derv astra. luckily his never came off after god knows how many miles

it has been driven out was out in it for 5 hours last weekend. thank fook it didnt fall off then.

small bit of metal that usually goes between the crank and the crank pulley to stop it spinning round on itself essentially, thats how it was on my tec motor anyhooo
