hmmm, might be an idea mate. I was debating asking you if you still had those brakes, by the time i've bought discs and pads may as well have them might have to be next month though.

Wouldn't touch roids mate, i've done pretty well, starting to have some shape now, and well i'm alot more muscular than when I started that's for sure! Diet side of things I fail on though

Still got brakes mate yeah. Though in fairness would recommend changing the pads though even if there is loads on there just loads of surface rust but wiped of easy.

When you want them mate i'll put in a box and we can do the deed

Well diet makes everything as you got to support what you've built!

Just weetabix and scrambelled eggs in morning and chicken rest of day once every 3hours ish! And here and there put a protein shake in!

Pointless me taking roids as can't go to the gym everynight and don't fancy taking my top of to look in mirror to make it obvious im taking them...... lmao

Well I've well and truely broken my car! Bit of road rage with some idiots in people carriers not letting me get past, so I slowed down pulled behind one on the left, decided to take a sharp turn late, brakes didn't slow me down quick enough, and smacked my passenger wheel full force into the kerb/island of the junction.... whoops, damage seems to be the lower arm and the steering rack... god knows what that will set me back... that's the car upgrade down the pan!

Or cut losses now and strip maybe? Seems silly (no disrespect) to fix it if you really want a change of car now mate eh!?

Gez: Nah buying an already complete one hopefully, Stage2 turbo, forged internals, loads more and kicking:

I say:

2x Weetabix, 3x eggs scramblled and protein shake in the morning

Snack (bout 2hr before dinnertime) bananna and shake

Dinner then maybe chicken and brown rice/pasta

2-3 hours after that apple and shake

and final meal chicken or scramblled eggs or both and a shake.

As shouldn't have carbs approx 3-5 before bedtime

What is so good about weetabix? I usually have bran flakes or jordans muesli myself.
I officially think cyclists are mad, having ridden to work and back (half hour each way) I am f**ked, and to thing the missus does that for fun
hopefully my fitness levels will improve quickly because that was a killer lol, managed to shave 7minutes off on the return journey, probably won't be able to cycle there in 23mins though, we shall see! If I can get into it that would be cool, save money on petrol then!

id cycle to work but its 50miles there and back. So i'll stick to the car.

chicken is the main thing you want to eat nath.
Have a salad with it or something.
One thing to remember, the more colourful the food the better it is.

Im impressed with myself, i havent given the car beans apart from one over take. Seems too nice of a car to screw all the time, as nath knows what i was like in the nova and now and again in the corsa.

i'll be up bridgend tonight anyway, so see you later

I'm back what I miss??

Well weetabix is a good start for your energy via carbohydrates and starts your body for the protein absorbtion (need carbs to absorb protein) and as it's a low GI count the energy is used and broken up slowly and with low fat milk it's yummy

Nah don't screw the clio up Gez, to nice to do so

na im not going to, ive driven it tidy.
Gave it beans racing nath through bridgend tuesday tho good fun, and i annoyed a corsa sri turbo last night, its got a full decat exhaust, forged internals, air filter and mapped.

I was on my own, he has two or three in his car. I sat behind him tidy, could have overtaken with a longer straight i rekon.
